Mantera Eyes

The three clans of the Mantera race. the BlackStar the Darkflame and the Silverwing, 

the eye of the blackstar is able to see and measure speed and strength on anyone he fights.
 it focuse on different types of martial arts able to adapt to any situation.
The Darkflame grants more ruthless and barbaric attacks able to let the user use the incredible flames of Fury while having some martial arts. and the last but not least Silverwing it is also able to see people's movements but grants the user tremendous amount of speed. almost reaching speeds to Sonic's level (guess you can call them the fight sonic ) there speed is deadly. all three of these types of unique type of power are deadly in their own right this is the clan of the Mantera fighting them is asking for trouble.
